Step 1: Upload the floor plan image. Boxa accepts a standard image of any floor plan, hand-drawn, CAD export, or a photo of a physical drawing. No special file format required. Upload it directly in the tool.

Step 2: Select a visual style. Choose a style that matches the project and the client. Options like "minimalistic and warm" or "modern and clean" guide the AI's aesthetic so the render feels consistent with the direction the project is heading. Step 3: Generate the bird's-eye overview. In about one minute, Boxa produces a realistic 3D render of the full floor plan. Step 4: Select individual rooms for interior renders. Click on any room and Boxa generates a point-of-view render of that space. The tool auto-detects objects in the room from the floor plan, showers, sinks, windows, beds, and builds a localized interior prompt from them. 1. Use Boxa before selections, not after. The highest-value use of this tool is in the pre-construction phase, before materials and finishes are locked in. A client who can see a realistic render of their master bathroom is a client who can make confident finish selections. A client working from a floor plan and a tile sample is guessing. Show them the room first.

2. Lead with the overview, then go room by room. Don't open with a single room render. Show the bird's-eye overview first so the client understands the full layout and how the spaces connect. Then zoom into the rooms they care about most. This mirrors how people naturally want to understand a space: big picture first, details second.

3. Check every render before the client meeting. Boxa is in beta. It occasionally places objects incorrectly, a bed next to a toilet, furniture in a hallway, fixtures in the wrong position. Review every render before you show it. A render with an obvious error in a client presentation costs more credibility than not showing one at all. Boxa is a quick-concept tool for client communication, not a replacement for Chief Architect, SketchUp, or whatever you use for technical work.
