Have the client walk the space and check five things: door swings, island clearance, cabinet height, accessibility, and workflow. Can they open everything without bumping into something? Is there enough room to move around the island? Can they comfortably reach the cabinets? Does the space work for how they'll actually use it?
Record the walkthrough and use AI to turn the conversation into a list of decisions, revisions, and follow-ups. Then update the scope and estimate before anyone picks up a hammer.
